Mandatory Requirements

Separate Submissions: Technical and Price proposals must be sent in separate emails. Signed Bid Form: The Request for Proposal for Services Form (pages 3–5) must be completed, signed, and returned with the Technical Proposal. No External Links: All files must be attached directly to the email; submissions via cloud links will be invalidated. Validity: Proposals must remain valid for at least 120 days from the submission deadline. Partnerships: Any Joint Venture, Consortium, or Subcontracting arrangements must be clearly addressed in the Technical Proposal.
