UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their bids for:

Procurement of ICT equipment for INEL and regional SAP services

Qualified companies are invited to submit their proposals by email at chisinautenders@unicef.org, with RFP number LRFQ-2025-9200431 in the email subject line.

The bidders shall consider the following RFQ conditions:

One e-mail for price quotation and other relevant technical information Quotation Form filled and signed. (Pages 7-9) (By answering YES to the Declaration statements it means the company has NOT been charged with actions listed, and vice-versa. All quotation documents included in the submission email, no external links. Emailed submissions are clearly marked with the RFQ number: LRFQ-2025-9200431 in the email title. Validity period of the quotation - at least 120 days. Proposal sent to the official tender e-mail address: chisinautenders@unicef.org, no other UNICEF e-mails in cc.
