Overview:

UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their bids for:

Provision of event Management Services for Early Childhood Education Event during Moldova Education Week.

Qualified companies are invited to submit their proposals by email at chisinautenders@unicef.org, with RFQ number LRQS-2025-9196742 in the email subject line.

Application deadline: 16.04.2025, 23:59

The submission shall include the following:

• One e-mail for price quotation and other relevant technical information
• Quotation Form filled and signed. (Pages 2-4) (By answering YES to the Declaration statements it means the company has NOT been charged with actions listed, and vice-versa.
• All quotation documents included in the submission email, no external links.
• Emailed submissions are clearly marked with the RFQ number: LRQS-2025-9196742 in the email title.
• Validity period of the quotation - at least 120 days.
• Proposal sent to the official tender e-mail address: chisinautenders@unicef.org, no
  other UNICEF e-mails in cc.
