Qualified companies are invited to submit their proposals by email to chisinautenders@unicef.org, with RFQ number LRQS-2025-9199646 in the email subject line.

The submission shall include the following: One e-mail for price quotation and other relevant technical information Quotation Form filled and signed. (Pages 2-4) (By answering YES to the Declaration statements it means the company has NOT been charged with actions listed, and vice-versa. All quotation documents included in the submission email, no external links. Emailed submissions are clearly marked with the RFQ number: LRQS-2025-9199646 in the email title. Validity period of the quotation - at least 120 days. Proposal sent to the official tender e-mail address: chisinautenders@unicef.org, no other UNICEF e-mails in cc.
