IOM Moldova invites interested Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to participate in the open Grant Call to develop community-based outreach and awareness campaigns to support MIA reforms and Moldova’s EU accession efforts. A national Civil Society Organization will be selected to act as an Implementing Partner to lead an outreach campaign designed to raise public awareness and counter misinformation, ensuring that diverse communities are well-informed about Minister of Internal Affairs’ work and the EU integration process. The expected implementation period is from 15 February 2026 to 30 September 2027 (up to 20 months). Interested organizations should submit a Concept Note and other relevant documents requested herein to demonstrate their unique advantage and added value in developing and implementing a project financially supported by EU and implemented by IOM in partnership with IPRE. 2 February 2026, 23:59 (Chisinau time). All applications must be submitted in strict accordance with the requirements set forth in the tender documents. IOM reserves the right to reject any or all late applications, or applications submitted in violation of the requirements set forth in the grant call documentation. IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any application forms, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
